Broccoli stems (once you've cut off the florets, peel away the outer layer of the stem- it comes away easily- and eat the soft, sweet, slightly nutty inside)

Just remembered another -
Whole grain pasta. I've never liked the rather soft texture of spaghetti. I like food that I can really sink my teeth into.
Except angel-hair pasta. Capellini. I've never found a whole-grain version, and I don't think it would really work - I mean, it's supposed to be delicate, right?0 -

I've just discovered PB2 - greatest thing for me - ever.
I've missed peanut butter like crazy - but the calories/fat would just add too much to my day.
2 TBSP of this powdered peanut butter, mixed with 2 tsp of water only holds 45 calories and 1g fat.
And... it comes in chocolate too!
Sometimes I'll add 2 tsp to my chocolate protein shakes, add a few slices of banana and honestly, it's better than dessert!0 -
