What's your CW and your UGW?
My CW is 163.6 and my UGW is around 135-140 pounds, depending on how i look:)

I haven't weighed myself in over three weeks, but I'm probably around 155, would like to get between 145 and 150. But my dream ultimate goal weight (which I will probably never actually reach and I'm okay with that) is 140.0

I'm currently at 163 and my goal is 140. This is an interesting topic to me because people can be the same height but different body types. I've seen other 5'7 women as low as 115, but for me, 140 looks very slim and fanastic and I can't really maintain lower than that. I have a lot of muscle, which weighs more.0

Current weight is 235. I have my goal weight set at 140, but I sort of just picked that number out of thin air. What is the best way to determine your goal weight? How are you guys doing it?0

Goal: 145, but I'll be happy with anything under 159.0 -
Current weight is 143 (I'm bulking for my next figure competition) and my stage weight, when I diet down, is 125. I look like a skeleton. Ideal, healthy looking weight for me is 135-140.0

Agreed. If I were 115 I wouldn't look very good. However I know some women that low and they look fantastic. I look best between 140-1450 -

goal weight 1500 -
CW is 173ish and I want to be around 140, 135. Maybe a little more after that. I would be happy at either of those. Started at 199.
ETA: I want to be thinner, but keep my curves and most of my boobs. I don't want to be a stick.0 -
