    Back in HS I was 135, but I never ate or took care of myself, so that is obviously not the goal, I just want to be healthy and good looking :-) I love that this thread is towards other tall people, so few are

    I'm around 5' 9" and started at 175lb. So far I'm 159lb and want to get to around 147lb ish depending on how I look. x

    my lowest was 138 but that was impossible to maintain and because I have broad shoulders and a relatively wide frame it just didn't suit me :(. I would KILL to have a small frame! I'll have to settle for getting to Goal :)

    I'm 30, just over 5'10" / HW: 316.8 / CW: 276.4 / GW:? Aiming for 225 and will go down from there.

    I'm trying to focus on a body fat % for my ultimate goal. I know my goal will probably not be lower than 185-195. In high school I got down to 185 and was in a junior's size 11 and pretty fit. In college, when my weight was at 210, I had a body fat % of 28 which translates to about 150 lbs LBM. My current body fat % puts me at about 155 lbs LBM, and I want to maintain that as I lose. Working back from a LBM of 150 with a goal BF% of 25 (I'm curvy and want to keep them) then I could weigh over 200 lbs and be at that BF.

    Just over 5'10" here.

    Age: 24
    HW: 216lbs
    CW: 159lbs
    GW: 155lbs--from there, toning up and maintaining between 155-160lbs.

    Lightest I've ever been was 148 in high school. Don't think I could be that weight healthily again. I was pretty scrawny looking. If I can get to that weight by working out and eating around 1800 cals, then cool, but otherwise, i'm happy with 155-160.

    My work outs are usually cardio based because I like running. Goal is to run a 10k next year and a 5k in under 30min in the winter/spring (fasted time currently is 33min). Would like to try 30 day shred or insanity to build up some core strength eventually.

    Currently I'm a size 8-10 pants, M in shirts, 8-10 in dresses, 36C bra and I have a straight body shape, 6 1/2" wrist. Long and lankey, and not much waist--wide belts are my friend. :)

    I am 5'10 and not really focusing on my scale, just want to make sure that my lifestyle overhaul sticks with me. I have been losing 1 - 2lbs consistantly so I know that I'm doing it right and I feel great... that's what matters most to me :happy:

    I'm 5'10, and my starting weight was 320, I 'm not 100% sure what my goal is, I say 170 but I've never been thin so I have no idea what my body will look like at certain weights. It'll depend on that, and what I can accomplish with exercise...

    I've been thinner at this height - 140 - but don't know I'll go that low. My stable adult weight was always 150-155. I'd be happy to stay there. In fact, 162 is looking pretty darn good.

    My goal weight, and the weight i am in my profile pic is 145.
    I was once around 132 at this weight, and i was scrawny, looked annorexic. so I don't want to get that low again.

    I chose 174 as a goal weight as it will give me a BMI of 24.9, aka HEALTHY! :ohwell:
    I am considering changing my goal to 154 as I don't want to worry about slipping over into the overweight BMI range every time I look at a cake! Don't know if I will make it though as I haven't been that small since my very early teens and I've had a child since then!

    138 is fairly easy for me to maintain. It's the approximate weight I've been most of my life. I'm trying to get to 130 to see if that is maintainable. I'm a distance runner and my goals are a little different than for some - I'm trying to lose weight to run better rather than exercising to lose weight. If I can't maintain the lower 130s, I'm perfectly happy in the upper 130s.

    6 feet tall here. I think my ideal weight it's somewhere between 165-185. Back when I swam competitively I think I looked best @ 170, but I had a lot of muscle & was lean, so I'm not sure what my more mature body would look like @ that weight.

    Before "waking up"

    Age 27: 460 lbs.

    Starting my fitness journey

    Age 28: 389 lbs

    Before I quit smoking

    328 lbs.

    Two years after I quit smoking

    Age 32: 408 lbs.

    Now

    Age 34: 383 lbs.

    Goal

    185-195 lbs.

    I have a ways to go but I am excited.

    I've been around 170-175 for a few years now. I want to get down to a size 8 and fit into my clothes. Thinking 155 may put me into a 6...but we'll see. I need to start lifting again and firming up...being lazy about that, although do get plenty of cardio and sports in. :bigsmile:
