    I'm 5'10. My lowest was 106 and my highest 152. My profile pic is at about 114-115. I'm currently 119.

    Well, I'm 65 and all my life I wa 5-10 until my last check-up. I had shrunk to 5-8... but that's what brought me to MFP. I'm usually in the low 150s and that's my goal. I was 173 when I started here and I've "released" 14 pounds since August. Good luck to you all AND don't forget the strength exercises or you could end up a shortie like me. LOL

    This post is awesome! It's nice to get some perspective and goal weight comparisons with other tall ladies.

    Goal: 160
    Highest: 187

    I weighed 150-ish in high school, but I think that number would be hard to hit now that I'm in my twenties. I mean, I can drink wine now :)

    I'm going to start by saying I love this thread! Most of my friends list are shorter, so it's good to see mostly similar goals :smile:

    CW: 178lb (81kg)
    GW: 155lb (70kg)

    I got down to about 70kg last year and thought that I looked pretty good! My body is pretty comfortable hovering around the 79-82kg mark, so it's time to push myself! TBH - I would love to get down to about 75 for now, and see how I go from there :)

    Great thread, so I will add to it :)

    Age: 44
    Heigh: 5' 9.5"

    SW: 80kgs (176 pounds)
    CW 69 kgs (152 pounds)
    GW 68kgs (150 pounds - nearly there!), although like others, concentrating now of strentghening, rather than losing

    My heighest weight (non-pregnant) was 85 kgs (187 pounds) in my early '30s and was a result of giving up smoking at 30! Lost the weight with Weight Watchers, then had my son when I was 36, and my daughter when I was 40 - gained 21 kgs with each! But lost quickly after giving birth, thanks to ginormous kids, lots of fluid weight and breasfeeding.

    My current weight is my lowest since before I fell pregnant with my son. Took 9 years, but I am finally there!

    I'm gonna chime in and say that, barring lots of muscle, a 5'11" woman looks FANTASTIC at 175.

    That's where I'm aiming to end up and I'm that height haha. I thought I looked good when I was in that range when I was younger.

    Back in HS I was 135, but I never ate or took care of myself, so that is obviously not the goal, I just want to be healthy and good looking :-) I love that this thread is towards other tall people, so few are

    my lowest was 138 but that was impossible to maintain and because I have broad shoulders and a relatively wide frame it just didn't suit me :(. I would KILL to have a small frame! I'll have to settle for getting to Goal :)

    I'm 30, just over 5'10" / HW: 316.8 / CW: 276.4 / GW:? Aiming for 225 and will go down from there.

    I'm trying to focus on a body fat % for my ultimate goal. I know my goal will probably not be lower than 185-195. In high school I got down to 185 and was in a junior's size 11 and pretty fit. In college, when my weight was at 210, I had a body fat % of 28 which translates to about 150 lbs LBM. My current body fat % puts me at about 155 lbs LBM, and I want to maintain that as I lose. Working back from a LBM of 150 with a goal BF% of 25 (I'm curvy and want to keep them) then I could weigh over 200 lbs and be at that BF.

    Just over 5'10" here.

    Age: 24
    HW: 216lbs
    CW: 159lbs
    GW: 155lbs--from there, toning up and maintaining between 155-160lbs.

    Lightest I've ever been was 148 in high school. Don't think I could be that weight healthily again. I was pretty scrawny looking. If I can get to that weight by working out and eating around 1800 cals, then cool, but otherwise, i'm happy with 155-160.

    My work outs are usually cardio based because I like running. Goal is to run a 10k next year and a 5k in under 30min in the winter/spring (fasted time currently is 33min). Would like to try 30 day shred or insanity to build up some core strength eventually.

    Currently I'm a size 8-10 pants, M in shirts, 8-10 in dresses, 36C bra and I have a straight body shape, 6 1/2" wrist. Long and lankey, and not much waist--wide belts are my friend. :)

    I joined MFP last week and am loving it!!
    I am 5'10 and not really focusing on my scale, just want to make sure that my lifestyle overhaul sticks with me. I have been losing 1 - 2lbs consistantly so I know that I'm doing it right and I feel great... that's what matters most to me :happy:
