Of course you are going to weight more after eating and drinking.
Even without eating or drinking our weight changes throughout the day. Weigh once a week at the same time, same day under the same circumstances or you will drive yourself nuts with the changes

You should weigh once a week only. If you must weigh daily, then you should get up out of bed in the AM, pee, then weigh yourself immediately. That's it.
After you get up, your body chemistry/composition begins to readjust and you will notice a .5-2 pound weight gain-usually water weight.
Don't weigh yourself at night. This will only depress you. Good luck.0
