Transformations -- Pear Shape

I would really like to see some before and after transformations of those who are "pear shape" namely "thighs". It seems as though weight, for "pears", are deposited right in the lower hip, butt, and thighs. For those who have had such sucessful transformations, please share your before and after pics as well as your "secret" (i.e. diet and excercise regimen)

    I carry all of my extra weight (when I have extra weight) in my hips, thighs and butt. But weight training has proved to help change my shape.

    5'4" 130-ish pounds (probably more like 135 but I didn't weigh myself back then).

    Wow! You look gorgeous! I'm also 5'4" and 130 was about my goal weight, but I never thought I could get rid of these thighs! Thanks for sharing :flowerforyou:

    i am the same height, and always wondered if it was even POSSIBLE to thin the hip/thigh area for a pear

    I like my pear shape but I must say... I did not like it until I got to be like under 130 pounds. I'm 5'2.
