When do YOU go to the gym/workout?

I started using my lunch break to go and I love it. I seem to have more energy in the afternoon, I am more mellow at work and can keep a more level head and I get to go home at the end of the day and not have to worry about getting to the gym and having time to cook dinner. It's my new favorite time to work out, plus the gym is usually sparse.0

I aim to get in for around 8:45am, but when I've had to go in the afternoon/early evening I've found it gets busier the later it is on weekdays.0

I go at 10 a.m. most days. Sometimes 9 a.m. Saturdays there is a turbo kick class that I have taken once right before I got sick with whatever it is that is going around right now. It lasts forever.0
