    I love beets. I love beet greens flash sauted like spinach. I love pickled beets in my salad. I like beets boiled. Golden beets are sublime. If they taste like dirt you need to wash them. Even a good cabernet is described as earthy.

    Boiled then drizzel with warm honey and vinegar and serve on your salad with raw onion nomnomnom
