Females: Is it just me who gains during a visit from TOM?

    Sometimes and sometimes not. I used to sometimes gain a little beforehand, that went just before I started.
    I get more bothered by how much my belly bloats up, especially if I am getting cramps.

    I haven't had my last TOM for 5 weeks now and I never know when my next one will come. I did gan a lb.this week, and ate a little more than usual, but not going to worry about it. Siorry I've been MIA lately. Tamara

    ME!!!! I'm 3lbs heavier than I was last Wednesday b/c of TOM!! :/...glad to know Im not the only person lol.

    Nope the joy of being female. Remember our bodies do not like to lose weight. Fat=fertility
