Just 3. I expected way more since I had been low carb for a bit before. All water because I didn't each much yesterday (no appetite after scorching my fingers).0

I'm up 2.8 pounds from yesterday morning. Oh well. That's not too bad considering I was over my calories by more than 1000.0

Damn I woke up feeling to skinny! and starving .... but I use my scale as a frisbee so I don't think it will work if I use it to weigh myself

I gained 1.1. In my dream last night it was 8 pounds so I was thrilled to see the actual number be a lot lower this morning.0

Yesterday’s a blur, but I'm told they found me passed out in the kitchen, in the luminescent glow of the open refrigerator with gravy on my face and my hand still in the green bean casserole.

Last night I swelled up pretty bad from all the salt and was up about 8 lbs, but I'm only up 3 lb this morning.0

4 lbs. I thought it would be more with all the sodium, everything tasted so salty!! My weigh-in day is Sunday, I cant wait to see how it effects my total loss for the week.0
