Slightly mortifying, but I need the shock and embarrassment to motivate myself to keep going and push myself harder. Goal weight: 125-130. Trying to tone up and lose some fat.     What amazing progress!!!!!! I started in May and have went from 178 to 151. What did you do to get such drastic results in that period of time?

    I will admit I haven't exercised much since school resumed in September but plan to get back exercising in December.

    All I can say is Wow...I'm on the program 3 weeks. I am seeing results. I just can't get over how scupltured your body is from what it was when you first started. I'm hoping for a result like this. Thanks for the Inspiration. (((HUGS))):smile:

    That is so inspiring. Your body looks great...nice and toned. I am at 180 lbs. desperately trying to get to at least 150 lbs and it seems impossible. It is motivating to see photos like this.
