    Sure!

    I consume about 1300 - 1500 calories a day. I exercise about three times a week, and though I may get closer to 1500 calories on those days, I do not "eat my calories back." I just hit the higher range of my calorie goal. I keep my MFP caloric goal to 1300 and let myself go over a bit. If I am extra hungry after a workout, I do not deprive myself of food (again, as long as it is within that range). I know when I've worked out enough to allot for extra intakes. :)
