    Hi,
    I have never burnt 3500cals in a week. I want to definately try this.

    Hi all, first time participant here as well. I really need to do this after last week! I've never burned 3500 calories in a week, but I'm going to set my sights high, push myself hard and hope to achieve this! Good luck to everyone :smile:

  • Haven't got my treadmill yet...probably won't arrive til later this week or maybe next week so I don't think I'll meet this goal but I'll try!

    First Week of Month two of insanity!! Hopefully my numbers will improve by Sunday because I will be able to do more!
