I saw this topic on Wednesday night and thought there is NO WAY I could burn 3500 by the end of the week. <my week starts on Sunday>. After I exercised that night- I thought well I'm at 2500 now maybe I can. I usually work out 5 days a week but by adding a day I hit 3500!!!!! Thanks for the inspiration!
