Greek yogurt is a good substitute for mayo (I'm sure that's already been mentioned). I like to make mine with a little mustard, so pickles or capers, salt, pepper, and dill. Lately I have been running late in the mornings, so I just grab a can and head out the door, but I don't have to eat it plain (I've done that, a lot) because a friend gave me a bag of dill pickle potato chips, so I crush up a serving of those and mix it in with my tuna. Doesn't help with the dryness, but I like the crunch and the flavor.

Add mustard and eat it out of the can. :)

One of my favorite ways to eat tuna is on a bed of fresh greens. Things like romaine, butter lettuce, spinach etc... I put the tuna on it, drizzle with olive oil, squeeze the juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon over it & sprinkle with coarse sea salt. It is very refreshing. A great spring & summer dish also, when the markets have fresh lettuce.

I mix tuna, 1/2 cup to cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 an avocado. Sounds weird but it is so good and really fills you up.

I love to make wraps with tuna using pita bread, and then I add tomato, baby spinach, and feta! Or hummus would be yum too. Or even a toasted tuna focaccias with tomato and cheese :)

And this is a recipe for tuna pattys my friend gave me ..

2 small can of tuna (or one big one)
    1 egg
2 tablespoons of almond meal, oatmeal or chia meal (to bind it)
    salt
    pepper
    garlic power or raw

Then cook in oli - make sure you log that oil haha

Sounds like my kind of cooking, heh. After a workout I really don't want to stand about cooking properly.
