    Very inspiring! I've had some success with 30DS but I have always had problems with motivation (who hasn't?). You're definitely a motivation if I ever saw one!

    Absolutely Fabulous! I finished 30DS a couple of weeks ago and the results are simply amazing! Unlike you I did mine in more like 60 days, but I finished and that's all I cared about! My goal for next time is to complete it in under 60 days! Taking before pictures, and progress pictures really helped me and when i took my after and compared with before, like you I really saw the difference! Keep on keeping on and here's :drinker: to being fine for life!!!!!!:smile:

    Thank you! I've been hitting the treadmill or the elliptical a few times a week.. usually 3 times a week for about 30 minutes. Stick with it and you'll definitely see some changes! :)

    WOW! That's awesome results from such a quick work out dvd! I love the 30DS, but I get bored easily and can't seem to keep my attention with it. BUT, I do love it when I'm not feeling like working out, I push myself to do L2. Its quick and hard and obviously works! Great Job!
