I agree, eat the ice cream, fit it in your macros for the day, do some more exercise if you have to. I lost my weight by still having treats.0

If you are really short on calories sorbet is lower cal or yes just have a small icecream and fit it into your week.0

Ice cream isn't unhealthy, per se. Eating a half gallon of it to stuff feelings is unhealthy. Go out with your friend and enjoy a cup of ice cream.0

One scoop of ice cream shouldn't throw you off course. BUT - see if you can make a wise choice. Most ice cream places have banana's. Ask for a banana with it. OR get a kid's size scoop.0
