    Uhh, this sounds really good but I'm already doing a juice cleanse. Could I just juice the meat and then drink it?

    I want to try the meat cleanse.

    It's the cleanse where you eat nothing but meats, and they must be cooked rare when safe (no rare chicken!!) (or taken raw, if you're into that sort of thing.) Any fatty or lean cut will do, like bacon or ribeye or even sirloin. It's OK to use a little oil or butter for cooking, but that's it

    You also have to eat at least 3 different kinds of animals each day.

    Anyone want to try this with me?
    First cleanse I ever heard of that makes any damn sense. I'm in!!! Just make sure to eat tough/fibrous meat from at least one species to clean out all TEH TOXINS!!!1!! and that "gunk" that, you know, like, somehow hangs around inside you for years.

    I'm pretty sure I did this for most of my life, though I tended toward medium for beef and well done for everything else. :wink:

    Is this a joke? Meat "cleanse" sounds really bad for you... you need fiber, fruits and veggies and the like. Only eating meat will basically shut down your digestion.

    "meat cleanse" just sounds wrong.

    cleanses are bull and eating that much meat defo isn't good for you.

    I've been doing a food cleanse for last 52 years - I eat nothing but food.
    Plus a few bugs when running or cycling.
    Results very mixed though - seems that most of my hair has fallen out, I'm blaming the bugs for that.
