    Finging what worked for me (paleo/primal eating) and making it a lifestyle change. What I tell ppl now is, if what you are doing to lose weight currently cant be maintained for the rest of your life then you may want to try something that can.

    Just to clarify - did you lose 71 pounds since July 2012 or October 2011? I know you said you lost 30 by Christmas 2011, so is it just 50 since July (either way, amazing!)
