Not sure if I qualify as "lifting heavy" since I lift in the 8-15 rep range, but anyway, here's mine from last year. I'm a bit leaner and more muscular now, but not by that much...
OMG. You look incredible. :drinker:0 -

Also, liftnlove & Dixie Whiskey - wow!! You girls are lovely.
Great work everyone.0 -

At my worst
After ~4 months lifting with suboptimal frequency and exercise selection
After a few more months of proper cutting
Your first picture wasn't necessarily your worst the.. wee tiny baby in your picture makes you all the more appealing sweet and even cute lookingBaby's make daddy's look great. LOL
Anyways...
Your Results Pictures are Great! keep up the Great Work. Awesome Job.0 -

Not a particularly helpful reply, to be honest. There is no way in the near future that I can get a squat rack. Are there any alternative programmes which don't require one?
Look up the book "Convict Conditioning" it is all about building strength using body weight exercises.
No power rack needed for that, just a body.0 -
More pics please! Love the inspiration!
How much cardio do you ladies do with heavy lifting when trying to lose weight?0 -
This is after only 65 days of being on MFP. I think I started StrongLifts after the first week or two.
I do Zumba 2-3x a week and on those same days do my weightlifting routine. So about 1.5 hrs in the gym 3x a week. BUT I eat back all or most of my exercise calories. I do Zumba bc I like it and I like to eat, haha!
Ive had 3 children within the span of 4 yrs (my youngest is 8 mos, I gained 80 lbs with him, yikes! lol)
Im a believer in lifting now!0 -
Hey guys!! I know this is a fairly old thread but I have a question for all of you amazing inspirational women! (:
I've been really wanting to get into heavy lifting to give me the body I want, and have just recently come of age to join MFP to finally ask all of you wonderful ladies a question.
How much did you eat to get to where you are? Over your TDEE? or below?
Thanks so much. You guys have always been such an inspiration to me, and I really can't thank you beautiful and determined women enough! (:0
