Chocolate coated Almonds. I believe made by Diamond. So yummy. Just a thin coating of cocoa powder w/sugar on almonds. It's really good! And very few additional calories from plain almonds. Totally worth the purchase!

These things taste awesome, almost exactly like Coco Puffs.

I love Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds!

Green and Black's chocolate with sea salt. Just a square or two is really satisfying. I also like Galazy Bubble hot chocolate at the moment. I wouldn't say either of these are particularly healthy, but they are relatively low calorie.

I eat one Lacey's Cookies Dark Chocolate Almond ($3.79 per 8oz container at Trader Joes) almost every day. There are 120 calories in each cookie.

I really hate dark chocolate. My mom always recommends it. I know it's a healthy, good option though. An article said having a piece or two a day is actually good for you! I just... can't do it. Or maybe I just need my mouth to adjust to it like mustard.
:noway: You DON"T like dark chocolate!!?!??!?!?
lol I used to not like it either but since I stopped eating junkie food and sweets my taste buds have grown to love it. now regular chocolate is nasty to me ;-)

Cocoa is not high fat bars have added fat.

Actually plain cocoa powder is ~22% fat but only 0.5% sugar.

There is as much added sugar as added fat in your average milk chocolate bar. For example Cadbury Dairy Milk (the most popular here in the UK) contains 57% sugars but 'only' 30% fat, the former being from the milk and sugar itself
"Milk** , Sugar , Cocoa Butter , Cocoa Mass , Vegetable Fat , Emulsifiers (E442, E476) , Flavourings , Cocoa, Sugar: trade in compliance with Fairtrade Standards , **The equivalent of 426ml of Fresh Liquid Milk in every 227g of Milk Chocolate , Milk Solids 20% minimum, actual 23% , Cocoa Solids 20% minimum"

If you live near an Aldi, their Moser Roth chocolate comes in a bar divided into 5 little 25g portions and they have 70% and 85% dark choc with all manner of scrummy flavours like mint, orange and almond etc. Helps with portion control as they are individually wrapped. :)

If you control your portions, you can make it "low cal".

I looked through the first page and didn't see it but I was too lazy to go through all 4 pages - but if someone hasn't said Fiber One Chocolate Brownies yet they are pretty good and give me my chocolate fix for only 90 cals!

Nature Valley Protien Chewy Bar - Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate, 1 bar

Has 190 calories and 10 grams of protien.
Hershey's Special Dark candy bar is 190 for the whole thing. Why add the rest of the stuff when craving chocolate.

    I eat dark chocolate everyday.

I get endangered species dark chocolate from whole foods. I think its 72% and it's got a strong mint flavor to it. It's actually really really good. Anything more than 85% for tastes too "burnt" or black coffee-ish

dark chocolate bars. I stick to 60-70% ones, it varies on different brands. I tried 80% and didn't taste chocolate-y to me at all. I like newman's own, endangered species, and xoxoxo.
