Ok guys, I am under 1200 calories should i have 50ml of haagen daz to get me there or forget it, what do you think? i been short of 1200 two days in row? what your advice?

I won't even get into the 1200 calories. But, without knowing what your macros are for the day, I'm still going to say that if you want the ice cream and it fits into your day, then you should go for it. You don't need our permission. :flowerforyou:0

Only if you really really want it. Otherwise, I think it's kind of counter-productive to eat something fattening just to meet the daily calorie goal. A couple of days isn't a big deal.0

The carbohydrate lactose will only ferment in the bowel if they are lactose intolerant so we'd have to check with the OP about that.0 -
