my big pink ball. Even if I'm not using t for exercise, just sitting on that when I watch tv instead of the couch uses more muscles and burns more calories. Its awesome.. kids that i babysit love it too. its like a giant bouncy ball. haha

My TT bike, my cross bike, my indoor bike trainer, my trail shoes, my running shoes, my swim goggles, my hand weights, and my garmin. And, come to think of it, my workout clothes. I think that's enough to keep me happy for a while.

    Kitchen scale. Seriously.

Seriously, I'm dismayed it took 2 and half pages for this to make the list. Get a food scale before you get any of that other stuff.

    I was also surprised.

It's not for everybody, but I LOVVVVE my treadmill! :flowerforyou:  :flowerforyou: There are a lot of outdoor purists out there, but not only am I not hampered by weather, I can get stuff done on the treadmill that I couldn't outdoors (DVR catch-up, reading, finances, etc.)
Second are my digital scales, one for body and other for food.
Third, I don't have yet but an HRM is on my X-Mas list and I think it'll become invaluable as well. :glasses:

    *Edit for misspelled word.

I don't consider it equipment, more like an extension of me that goes faster, lol, my bike.... I have no doubt a lot of ppl can tell you that it can become a sick addiction.. lol.. I am rather fond of my 45 lb sledge hammer also. I swing that bad boy onto a tractor tire for fun.

I"ve been an in-home personal trainer since 2004 so I have a ton of equipment, but if I had to narrow it down to a few items it would be the TRX, my Bowflex adjustable weights and my bikes (Road, Mountain and Indoor (Kieser M3 w/computer).
