I've been maintaining for a year now. I follow the paleo/primal lifestyle and since I've switched I've been able to maintain without even thinking about it. It's great. I no longer have to constantly count calories or think about every little thing that goes into my mouth. I don't have to log hours of jogging and/or cardio to feel like I won't gain. It really is effortless for me. I will log calories on occasion to see where my macros are. If I'm working out a bit more heavy then I adjust my ratios accordingly.0
