    Congratulations and awesome, fantastic AMAZING job!!!! You look so beautiful, and your smile really says it all! So proud of you! I started my journey with 100lbs to lose and at times it's daunting, but reading this post gave me so much hope! What do you do for exercise and when you were getting those last 25-30lbs off, what was key in your diet/exercise routine? I can't say enough praise - you look fabulous, girlfriend!!!!

    you can make it :) just stay true to yourself and don't doubt your ability to achieve your goals. the last 25-30lbs i was active in my daily life. i was working lots of over time and was on my feet hours upon hours more than normal. i also do yoga, need to do that more though. my goal is to work out more in 2013

    110 lb lost in one year it is completely incredible, it's making me feel that i am able to loose 25 lb in one year!

    I totally agree about the 100+ club. We all have this little connection, I love it! I wish you the best of luck on your last few lbs:)
