    I have a hard time believing that a race of people who couldn't even predict their own demise, somehow predicted the end of the world. The calendar just ****ing resets. They said so themselves. FFS.

    I'd rather it be on a Monday so I can at least enjoy my weekend. And since I'm off from Saturday to Wednesday, it can end on Thursday.

    We went to the planetarium last week and the guy giving the presentation said, some Anglo decided that because December 21 is 13-0-0-0-0 on the Mayan Calendar that it's a bad omen and that the world will end.

    It seems if the world is going to end every time a calendar ends, then shouldn't it end every December 31???
