225 calories per cup of soup? That's not very low cal!
Really? It's a full, satisfying dinner. Adding a salad gives you plenty of protein, fiber and minimal carbs for about 1/4 of your daily caloric intake. That is pretty darn low cal in my book!0 -

wow this sounds awesome!!!! i have a load of leftover lasagna noodles that idk what to do with... except they are the bake only kind.. also i only have regular sausage and ground beef.. can i use either one which will taste better?... i also only have red orange yellow bell peppers.. can this still work? especially the bake only lasagna noodles?0
