12oz patty with bacon, duck fat roasted shiitakes, pickled daikon and carrots and ssam sauce
I've heard duck fat makes really tasty fries/chips... does it just make things extra tasty, or does it make them super crispy too?0 -

Seitan & Veggies with Shells!
mmm i love seitan, i have been too lazy to make it and can't really find it anywhere. do you make your own?
I do! I use Bob's Red Mill's basic seitan recipe - pretty much vital wheat gluten and water - add spices, and simmer in a salty veggie broth + liquid aminos broth. Then I slice and store until I'm ready to use. It's delicious and easy!0 -

I think it does. It is much more suitable for high heat applications vs many cooking oils and adds a depth of flavor0 -

Egg white omelette with spinach, onion, zucchini, goat cheese with a side of greek yogurt and salsa. I like to add a little crushed basil, oregano and milk to the egg whites. Yum!0 -
