My "GO TO" breakfast is Overnight, No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal - My daughter and I are addicted to this. It's super quick to make. We make it at night and then just grab it in the morning and go, you eat it cold and it's delicious. You can change it up as well, sometimes we use strawberries and honey or agave instead of the jam
Raspberry Vanilla Refrigerator Oatmeal
Ingredients
1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats (not instant, quick, or steel-cut)
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon raspberry jam, preserves, or spread
1/4 to 1/3 cup raspberries (cut each berry in half), or enough to fill jar
Directions
In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and raspberry jam.
Put lid on jar and shake until well combined. Remove lid, add raspberries and stir until mixed throughout.
Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or as long as 2-3 days. Eat chilled.

Still learning the art of chocolate coating my protein bars....
These ones are coffee/chocolate, 200cals, 15grms of protein per bar. It would have been more, but I used up all of my last jar of protein powder.
My husband took me out for brunch this morning, he had blueberry flapjacks.
I had strawberry brioche French toast.

Homemade turkey burger stuffed with blue cheese. Topped with mozzarella, Turkey Bacon and avocado. 2 Portobello mushrooms for the bun.

My boot camp had released a diet/exercise plan with a lot of recipes, and I've been doing some vegetarian takes on them. First is grilled quorn (marinated in lemon and garlic) and roasted vegetables with thyme. The second is a taco salad with burger crumbles, macadamia nuts, cheese, avocado, tomato, green onion, cilantro, and lime.

The zucchini tot and broccoli tots are the same thing i just changed the zucchini with Broccoli.

All your meals look so delicious. My meals are pretty much the same every day. People say, "don't you get tired of it?!" Nope. It's just sustenance to me. There aren't many vegetables I even like the taste of, but I have no problem getting passed it. Mind over matter!
This is my lunch on 6 out of 7 days of the week. Spinach, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, and bell peppers. Sometimes jalapeño peppers. If it's not smoked salmon, it's tuna, eggs, or black beans.
Oh...and that's a double portion of salmon, I just hadn't cut it yet!
