Did a local taco challenge last night, 20 tacos in under 20 min. Did it in 9:09

WOW! And now all those little tacos are neatly lined up against your belly strangely resembling a hot guys six pack belly! You're so lucky! If I ate twenty tacos, they'd have to roll me out of there smiling.

    Am I crazy?!
    Hahaha, totally see it!!
    What page is Chuck-amolé on?

I don't even know how to add a pic, just figured out how to quote and thanks for advising on bad manners copying the pic, think I figured out how to omit that. If anyone can instruct me how to add a pic, I'll gladly include a pic of a slim fast shake bottle. LOL.

I wish anyone following my post would include the calorie content of their meal because lots of these look good but seem way over what I'm allowed.

    Healthy (and filling!) Taco Soup!

    Recipe:
1 lb of lean ground beef (I use 96/4 and add a tablespoon of Olive Oil)
    1 can of Kidney Beans
    1 can of Black Beans
    1 can of Pinto Beans
    1 can of Rotel Tomatoes
    1 can of Green Chiles
1 8oz can of Tomato Sauce
    1 can of Yellow Corn
    1 Packet of Taco Seasoning

All you do is brown the meat, then add all the cans without draining, bring to a boil and then simmer for 30-60 minutes! I grab myself a giant bowl, add some salsa, cut up avocado and I have a filling, high fiber, low fat meal! It makes a HUGE pot of soup, so its good for a large family or to have left overs for a long time! I put it as having 10 servings on MFP, this will serve a family of 5 about 2 servings each, and it came to less than 200 calories per serving!

Oh, and for the less healthy in your family, my boyfriend likes to top his with crushed chips, cheese, and sour cream!

Thank you so very much for this recipe. I modified it a bit as I'm just weird like that :P

I used rotel diced tomatoes and chiles (2 cans) instead of the separate cans. I did onion powder and garlic powder. And, since again, I'm a bit odd, I used an emulsifier to make a smooth, tortilla soup like texture. So good I ate double the portion and had a corn bread muffin to boot!

don't have a pic but my rule is this:

IT HAS TO START WITH THE VEGGIES OR FRUIT, IT HAS TO BE A SMALL PLATE.

BEFORE I EAT IT, IT DRINK A LARGE GLASS OF WARM WATER.

IF I THINK I AM STILL HUNGRY, I GO AND LOG IT ON MFP BEFORE I HELP MYSELF - HEY PRESTO YOUR BRAIN GETS THE MESSAGE THAT YOU HAVE EATEN

Here. I'll provide pics for you.

I threw a frozed pork shoulder in the slow cooker,( i purchased a big one and cut it into 2lb portions and trimmed the fat) covered it with a jar of low sodium low fat chicken gravy and set it on high fr 10 hours. When done i took it out of the pot shredded it with a fork and put it back in the pot on keep warm. Juicy and delish!
