    Dinner tonight - Roasted turkey breast with srirach, spinach salad with pico, steamed broccoli and the rest of my kimchi. I ended up going back for mor broccoli. I was famished!

    If it works (if not I'll upload it somewhere else & edit); this is carbohydrate heaven, haha. Homemade vegan mushroom gravy over brown rice and artisan bread, with veggies. I was pmsing so my boy spoiled me with something savory and indulgent. =]
