I haven't cooked in a long time, and never under dietary limitations. Here is spinach and rasberry salad with almond shavings, and a 'poached' steel head trout with wilted spinach a 1/4 a tomato and crimini mushrooms. No salt added.
Total calories : 489 as shown.. heck where are your other guys calories! Low in fat and carbs and cholesterol.

We went out for breakfast today and I splurged (didnt eat all that buttered toast though)! Chicken fried steak, sausage gravy, hashed browns, and scrambled eggs. So good.

Today's simple dinner, 3 oven-baked potato waffles, a hard-boiled egg, a tablespoon of ketchup just in case I fancied it (I barely touched it actually), and a gold-leaf wine glass full of Coke Zero, and a straw to boot, 'cause I'm such a fancypants.

It's not pretty, but damn it's good! Couscous salad -
Garlic herb couscous, garlic sautéed kale with hemp seed, lemon balsamic salmon, avocado, cucumber, and tomato.0 -
Bolognese risotto with a side of asparagus and a glass of white wine.

Breakfast on Saturday was a turkey and tomato scrambled egg thinger with feta:
Lunch was a greek salad (feta all the thingz!):
Had company over yesterday so we had some snackies out!
Breakfast this morning - I have been on a huge egg kick lately.
