Not exactly a meal, but this was a prelude to my meal
Protein Berry Milkshake
250 ml milk
30g strawberry protein powder
Frozen blueberries and strawberries
Honey to taste
1 large FRESH egg white (Adds protein and creaminess. Also, it's safe - I'm still alive)
1 - 2 tbsp oat bran (Adds a surprising texture!)
Lots of ice
Blend everything together and enjoy this freezy treat!0 -

Yeah, I don't think she mentioned or marketed them as healthier though.. They're just recipes. The flourless cookies look too good!! Omg can't imagine how chewy they'll be. Nom nom nom!0 -
