Breakfast - Hardboiled eggs, and Fage 2% plain greek yogurt with raspberry jam.
Lunch - Black eyed peas with turkey, raisins and cashews, a piece of this garlic bread.
Unplanned treat - Apple coffee cake
Dinner - Roast beef sandwich with romaine, red onion, tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil, and mustard. Sides of red grapes and cucumber.

Food looks amazing but I don't understand how you're not starving with the amount of food you're eating sometimes.0

I typically eat around 1800 calories per day (400-500 calories per meal + 300-600 in snacks), so I'm definitely not starving. I often don't post pics of all meals/snacks eaten during the day.0

Dinner - Fried egg sandwich on whole wheat english muffin with cheddar and mayo. Sides of cucumber, red bell pepper, macaroni salad and raspberries.

Super simple
Roast diced pumpkin, puree, add white Miso and brown butter solids, pasta water, blend till smooth. Heat over low heat, throw barely Al dente pasta in the pan to finish cooking, plate, drizzle brown butter over it all
