Broccoli pesto (broccoli, basil, garlic, pecans, Pecorino Romano, olive oil) over gluten free red lentil pasta with ginger & beet. This wasn't a very good pasta. Overpowering lentil flavor. Not one I'd buy again. The pesto was surprising good and I ended up adding more than what shows in the photo to make it palatable. Salad of power greens, avocado, olives, tomato.

Hot of the tails of @penguinmama87's thread "Nutritional Yeast for Meat Eaters" I made an egg white omelette with za'atar and an excessive amount of nutritional yeast this morning, all wrapped up in a buckwheat crepe. A potential seizure inducing gif follows:

Rabbit Cacciatore and a mix of black and brown rice. The rabbit came with giblets which I don't like. I especially hate liver. My partner cooked them up and gave it to our cat. She's finicky and spoiled so I was happy she liked them since I'm trying to minimize food waste. She polished that plate. When we give her meat or fish she flings it from the plate and hunts it down. She flung this pretty far. I tried to get a better picture but she moves too fast.

I made “kielbasa casserole” for dinner on Friday, something my husband grew up with that I learned from him/my mother in law. I have no idea why it’s called casserole since it’s not a casserole at all, but it is pure comfort food and not at ALL healthy 😆3
