Marinara with added Italian sausage over zoodles. Kale Caesar salad.
7 -
Breakfast, 1 egg plus 1 egg white, pico de gallo and feta. I added a toasted ciabatta bun and all of it was only 317 calories.☕️🍳🍅

Starter of salad with pear, feta, candied nuts, ranch. Main of panfried sea bass with a selection of potatoes. I had oven fries and homemade ketchup, hubby had boiled new potatoes with butter.

Forgot the photo of the salad.

Leftover marinara/Italian sausage with Jovial Caserecce gluten free pasta. Salad of protein greens, olives and tomato with a drizzle of olive oil.
If you're seeking a decent gluten free pasta I have tried many and so far this brand of Caserecce made of brown rice is the best one I've found. It has a nice mouth feel (not grainy even when al dente) and no weird flavors to interfere with the sauce or other ingredients.

Yup--I've got a Coloseum that I could show you.
I've got some oceanfront property in Arizona and I'll throw the Golden Gate in for free if youins save me a place.
For YOU (and safarigal) there is always a place at the head of the table.

Sous vide chicken breast with asian dressings normally served with steamed chicken. Sichuan aubergine and minced pork stir fry stretched with a little quorn mince. Sticky rice.

Scallops and roasted veggies

We often get a rotisserie chicken on Sunday and eat the dark meat for dinner with some veggies and beans or rice. We save the white meat to use for sandwiches and salads during the week(lunches).7 -
Frozen food tonight. It's OK but not something I'd buy again. Sole fish with gluten-free breading and potato wedges with parm and herbs. Primal Kitchen Chipotle Lime mayo for potato dipping.

Greek chicken and potatoes served over rice. Forgot what a yummy recipe this is and that it’s toddler approved!3 -
Pulled the last of the homemade salt beef from the freezer and made the Serious Eats St Patrick's day dinner.

Deviled eggs.
6 -
Carrot Asiago cheese bread.

Pulled some beef rendang out of the freezer. Tomato lalab from Beb Vuyk's recipe and cucumber salad with black sesame dressing from a copycat Ippudo recipe. Rice.

Aged grass fed beef tenderloin. Portuguese mashed potatoes with Spanish style chorizo which was made by a local butcher. The potatoes are boiled with onions, mashed with olive oil and heated in the oven with a layer of sliced chorizo. Sautéed asparagus. Organic salad kit: spinach with dried cranberries, almonds and poppy seed dressing.

(These may not be in order because MFP does what MFP wants)
My husband’s birthday was Saturday and he requested Kraft mac n cheese with cut up hot dogs, and a jello trifle. The trifle was awesome; it was my first attempt at not only a trifle but stabilized whipped cream as well and both came out exactly right
Easter dinner was grilled salmon and asparagus and my late grandmother’s deviled egg recipe. After a weekend of birthday sweets, it was perfection!11 -
356 cal. Fresh Italian parsley is from my garden!3 -
This so reminds me a common lunch meal served to us kids when growing up (loved it)...it sure would be the last thing now I'd ever want to entertain now though😆...but hope your hubby enjoyed!

He was thrilled, even though I’ve NEVER seen him eat mac n hot dogs even once in our 10 years together lol! It was an odd request but, the birthday boy gets what he wants! At least I got to flex my cooking skills on the trifle

Szechuan takeaway. Salt and pepper prawns, beef with black bean sauce, braised aubergine, potatoes with vinegar.
6 -
Grilled porchetta sausage (made by a local butcher shop), mashed potatoes with butter, garlic, parm and fresh herbs from my small garden (oregano & rosemary), sautéed broccolini and tomato. I would rather have not had potatoes again so soon but they were starting to sprout so I had to use them up.
