    3 egg omelet wrap with zoodle vegetable stir fry. With a little nutritional yeast for flavor and extra nutrition.(vit Bs)

    Avocado and balsamic vinaigrette for one. Braised lamb shank, gratin dauphinois, braising liquid of red wine and mushrooms for two. This meal was mostly pulled out of the freezer.
