    Quinoa, chickpeas and spinach curry
Can we have a recipe for that pls?
Sure, I've posted this on my website:
    http://www.billandalex.us/recipe.php?name=Quinoa, Chickpea and Spinach Curry

This was something I totally threw together out of what I had in the pantry and the fridge, but it turned out pretty good.
    Looks and sounds awesome!

I made a Chicken + Cauliflower curry with some fenugreek, spinach, carrots, and other veg today. Served it up with a high protein pita. I wish I could plate/serve my food half-decently because it always tastes better than it looks...

Tried my hand at some sort of Pho or just an 'Asian' style soup... it was yummy! And only about 175 calories for a HUGE bowl- 20 ounces!! Yes, over a pound of food (well, lots of liquid)...but delish! And filling!
It's shiritaki noodles, stock, tons of veggies, oyster sauce, little bit of chicken.... yummm.....

and a recipe for this too!
    looks so yummy

    THANKS!

2 cans chick peas, rinsed and drained
    3 cloves garlic
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup water or vegetable broth

    Instructions:

Blend all ingredients into a thick paste.

thats the basic recipe... but for the one pictured i roasted an entire bulb of garlic and added it (omitting the 3 cloves of raw garlic)

i also made some the other day, same recipe, and threw in a bunch of baby spinach and blended it. good stuff.

Thank you. Would it be work if I used fresh chick peas? I try to eat mostly fresh ( otherwise it would just be easier to buy hummus).

    My version of Nandos.
Chicken tenderloins dipped in peri peri marinade. Spinach, avocado, tomato, pineapple and goats cheese. One of the tastiest meals I've ever made. Around 400 calories depending on quantities.

    2hqapzd.jpg

    Favourite cocktail.
1 shot of Chambord (black raspberry liquer), half a shot of vodka, 150ml lemonade, 1.5 crushed strawberries, 1/4 fresh, crushed lime, lots of ice. Not necessarily healthy but amazing. Roughly 215 calories.
