I hope that meal with that fattening steak and salad with all that dressing and ham isnt being advertised as healthy eating!

Was REALLY craving spag bol tonight, but was low on calories, so thought I'd finally try that slim pasta that had been sitting in my pantry forever. Rinsed and soaked it for a total of about 10 minutes to make sure the smell was entirely gone and I was very pleasantly surprised.

<400 calories for over 1lb/500gm of pasta with delicious bolognese.

Sat down to watch a movie with a friend tonight and we pulled together the ingredients to make an awesome cheese "board". It had everything toasts, wheat crackers, kalamata olives, sliced tomato, cucumber, almonds, and red grapes with white cheddar, gouda, and cotswold. It ended up being my dinner and it was delicious. :D

    looks fabulicious!!

I didn't make it sorry but was based off my typical recipe.

I don't have exact specifics but generic recipe is something like
    500g pumpkin puree
    100g banana
    30g flour
    30g vanilla wpc
    some egg whites?
    cinnamon, all spice, baking powder

Baked at 180c for a little bit. Super moist and that slice was 100cals worth. Whole cake was 400ish
