    Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful success! I am needing some motivation and so needed to read your story today! I have been watching what I eat ( yes I have fallen off the diet a time or two ) going to the gym Monday through Thursday's .. No change on the scale :( I feel myself getting stronger but no change on scale. Any words of wisdom? You look absolutely beautiful btw :)

    What kind of exercises are you doing? I know I just kept going...and changed it up every so often so my body wouldn't get used to it. ;)
