    I have to use shampoo but I prefer sulfate free. I don't always get sulfate free but my hair is noticeably healthier when I do.

    I have used conditioner only in desperation. No way. My hair is way too thick too just use conditioner. It made it way too heavy and greasy. I have to use shampoo.
