This week's challenge is workout consistancy- You need to put in six solid workouts this week. I for one have seen my routine shrink from 6 days a week to 5...then 3. Well 6 out of seven days this week for at least 30 mins per session. Le't do it.
Last weeks Results Below-
One more week of inventory for me and it's back to a normal life. I can't wait!

Good morning Team!
Welcome back home Andrew, I know your glad to be back:flowerforyou: Thanks for the results, and the challenge!:drinker:
At the risk of TMI...I am very happy to have gotten up this morning to TOM! I hate the months when it seems to drag getting here and the bloating seems to last forever:grumble: My weigh in for next week should be much, much better than it has been! I dont expect to drop all of the 4 lbs I seem to have found in the last 2 weigh ins, but at least some of it should be gone:ohwell:
Well, have a lovely Friday everyone...and Happy Weekend!:flowerforyou:0 -
Morning team! Great challenge Andrew. Usually I would say "pfft, my workouts are my solid thing!" but this week has been a disaster. I've really slacked on workouts, probably because I've been sluggo, probably because I've been stuffing my face with crappy food, probably because...... well, there is no excuse for the food!
Anyway, definately plans to get back into this. I feel blah. 100% lethargic.
Great job on those of you that posted a loss, keep up the good work.0 -
Good Morning Black Team! Thanks Andrew for all that you do and I need this challenge desperately. I will try to report daily on the results of working out this week.
Roni- That took a lot of courage to share your story. You are an inspiration! Oh, and I love the hair.:smokin:0 -
Good morning black team...We had a great time at the circus. I managed to pay for 3 tickets, parking, a snack and dinner at Wendy's on the way home all for $40. Of course, we skipped on the $10 snow cones and the $25 twirly light thingys but the circus was great. My youngest got in bed at 11:00 so I'm sure he'll have a hard day today, but he has the weekend to recover. I am ready for the 6 days of working out this week. I have been a little slack this past week. Have a great weekend.
Andrew...Thanks for the chart and the challenge. Glad things will get back to normal for you soon.0 -

Ok I am back to square one on official exercise here. I am still much more active in life...taking stairs, walking the mile to the Walgreen's for tylenol because ....haha my feet hurt and I need some tylenol
But as for official exercise, not much.
SO I am going back to day one when I said I would do 20 minutes each and every day of high HR exercise. I have videos, walking shoes, running shoes and a gym I pay for...........should have no problem doing 20!!
Thanks Andrew!!! :drinker:0 -
Hey-- need to hit all the threads where I bashed my father-in-law for lockign my mother-in-law up in the nuthatch alone when he could be living with her.
Just got an e-mail from brother-in-law who said that on Dad's request, he has been moved into a room in the "memory care unit" with my mother-in-law.
Could it be that our spanking of last week, where we ripped him to brother-in-law for such actions spurred some guilt? Ummmmm-- doubtful. There's probably more financial motives-- but whatever, my mother-in-law is no doubt thrilled, and therefore, so are we--
Tearful today with joy--
Need to scoot-- busy freakin' day on tap.0 -
Day three for 30 day shred and moved myself up to workout 2 cause I didn't feel sore after the first 2 days at level 1. I just might feel it tomorrow.
I officially have 5 weeks until I go up to NY again and I would love to have lost at least 5 pounds. I am not holding my breath though. (I MIGHT DIE!!!!!!!)
Good luck this week!!0 -

You'll get back into it Miss Jeannie. For whatever reason, you needed a break.
I had a dreadful week exercising. Didn't go to the gym today, went and rented a 'Rug Doctor', been cleaning my carpets since 8:30 this morning. My everything hurts. I still have loads more to do to truly say the house is clean. Hubs has been off this week and he just ran out the door to go golfing. Therefore, I don't feel all that bad if I don't do much more!
I have still not gotten myself back on track with eating, I KNOW I need to, for some reason I don't care. Terrible, huh? I also know I will get back on track, the 'tude' needs some adjustments. I have realized lately that my crappy attitude seems to come right before TOM, I guess now that I know it, I need to work extra hard to not let it get me down.0 -
All this talk about TOM! Who is this terrible person who makes people crabby and gain weight?
He should be outlawed... I'm starting the petition.
Happy Friday Black Team0 -
