    Lol I just found this post again I didnt see it for awhile and I have to say some funny stuff but on the man boob story it's going away in my photos there is a photo from sox weeks ago and now incline works well I use incline chest press for 10 set of 10 reps at 70 kgs and flys to but thanks for advice

    Seriously though, pushups will tighten your pecs, wont get rid of the fat but will change the shape so they are less boobie like. Then slim down.
