Where are you going to get your Vitamin D?

There's a giant ball of hydrogen gas floating several million light years away from earth for that.

What's up MFPeeps. What do you guys take in terms of Supplements and are you getting good results?

    My regimen (daily)

    1. Vitamin Shoppe Creatine Monohydrate

    2. Vegefuel (Soy Protein)

Careful not to overdo the soy, it's estrogen producing and can really screw with the thyroid.

Yes and for those people who live where I do and it's too cold to go out side with most of my skin bare 6+ months out of the year and the sun isn't as close to the earth as in the summer where am I going to get my RDA of vitamin D again?

And for the record I got my blood work done back in June and my vitamin D levels were high because I supplement and the doctor said to "keep doing what you are doing because you live up north and it's going to be winter soon". I take way more than the RDA whichnis super low any way and haven't had any issues.
Anecdotally, 2 of my aunts, uncles and cousins live in Canada and don't supplement. They don't have issues either.

Not to be a know-it-all, but the sun is only 8.31 light minutes away from earth. That is approximately 0.000015 light years.
