I'm 5'5', 42 years old. I'm about 150 right now. I think my high was about 157, but I didn't get on the scale until a few weeks after I started eating healthier. My goal weight is 135. When I get below that, I feel too thin. I think body fat is a better goal for me. From averaging several different sites I've found, I'm around 28% right now. I'd like to be about 18-20%.

I'm 5'5 and I'm 133 lbs - I'd like to get to 125... but I would be happy with 130. But the weight is very slowly coming off.

5'4, currently 187 with goal of 150. Will revisit new goal once I reach that. According to my nutrionist my body fat is 40% and she wants me to get that to 20% (altho that seems a little low to me)

I am 5'4 and starting weight was 258. Current weight is 162.4. I met my original goal of 165 and as I got closer to that I knew I wanted to lose about 10 - 15 more. Long answer is my ultimate goal is 150.

size 8 or 10. Whatever that weight is. probably around 150-155 :)
  • I'm 5'5. My current weight is 243. My sub goal weight is 180. My ultimate goal weight is 155-160. I was 160 and a size 11 two years ago and I loved my body. I looked wonderful.

I'm 5'4". Started at 180 and my goal is 130, I'm 152 now. I would like to get down to around a size 6-8ish, but moreso want to look healthy and toned, so whatever weight that turns out to be will be it for me. ;)
  • 5 ft 4.5 inches....technically speaking.
Size seven is the perfect size to me.
    Starting from a size fourteen.

5' 4", currently I weigh 96lb. I was aiming for 93 before Christmas but I really don't think that's going to be possible!

I am sorry but I have to comment on this. This is way too thin for your height even if you have tiny bones. Please reconsider this goal and maybe even put on a few pounds of muscle.

I am 5 foot 5 and my goal weight is 10 stone or 140 lbs. Depending on my bodyfat percentage and muscle definition when I get there, may re-assess. I think 135 lbs might be too low, that is what I was originally aiming for, we will see...

I'm 18 years old, 5'5" and my sw is 215, my goal is 125. I have intermediate goals in between that I suppose. First I'd just be happy to see under 200. From there I would like to see where I was before I started gaining all this weight which is 160 and after that my final goal of 125. Depending on how I feel as I lose weight that final goal could change.
  • I'm 5'4" and 141.1 lbs. My goal weight is anywhere from 118-125 lbs. :)

Im 5'6" and Im 211. My ultimate goal is 130 but Ill see what happens around 150. I want to be a healthy, strong 130, not a skinny fat 130.

I'm 5'5" starting at 160. I have about 19% body fat. I've been an athlete through out my life and I gain muscle very easy. If you were to look at me, you wouldn't think I was 160. People usually think I'm in the 130's. But I'm just looking to tone up and lose this lower belly fat I got. Target=150

I'm 5'5" and I started at 220. My main goal is just to get under 150, which would put in in the healthy BMI range. Once I'm there, I'll see how I feel, but I'm sure the end will be somewhere in the 130 - 145 range. Once I get below that 150 mark, I think I'll be more focused with fitness than the number.
  • I started out at 140 lbs and mu goal weight was 120 lbs..
But then i got down to 112 lbs so i have recently started to up my calories
So i can maintain.. but its made me lose more leaving me at 108 lbs today:/

I sort of have the same problem. I started at 165, but now at 138 I think I might change my goal weight from 130 to 125ish? Or whatever I can get to and still look good.

I am starting MFP at 290 and I have a very curvy frame. My first goal is to get to 180 then eventually down to 145-150 and maintain that weight.

5'5" SW: 290.6lbs. Very tentatively aiming for 150lbs, 'though once I get closer I'll reconsider whether I want to go that low, go there, or go further.
