I am 5'4'' and I am at my desired weight around 123 - though it has fluctuated recently, above and below by a couple pounds as I try to find a good balance between cardio and strength/resistance training.0

I'm just under 5'6, I'm about 132 right now I think, and my goal weight is between 120-125. It's more about size than weight though, I have a specific pair of pants I want to be able to fit back into, I don't know exactly how much I weighed when I last wore them but it was around 120. Once I can fit back into them I will have reached my goal0

GW 130 - but I may lower that to 125, although once I get to 130 I've decided need to stop with the weight focus and just work on composition, right now composition's a big part of my journey, but the loss is still the main thing in my mind and it probably shouldn't be at this weight.0 -

I don't even notice a difference, although I was a size 7, now I'm like a 3/4

Please talk to someone like a school counselor. You seem to be heading down the wrong road and it is better to get help early rather than later when certain habits have been established. {{{Hugs}}}0 -

atm I'm about 130 so my goal weight is 115
I know I didn't like 120 even more then 130, because it was my start weight.however everyone's bodies are different and I've noticed that even at the same weight and height bodies look differently..0 -

i am 5'3.5 and i am hovering between 131-133 right now..ideally i would like to get into the high 120s again and tone up a bit....i don't care quite as much about the numbers as i care about how my clothes fit0

5'5'' and started at 154 (now 149/150) - would like to be 130 soon (old weight) then will probably change it down to 112-115.0

I'm 5'4 and weighed 222.4 lbs at my heaviest a few weeks ago. Now I weigh 214.2 and my goal weight is 175. Since my weight is a constant struggle (weighing only 160-something three years ago) i feel it's realistic. However, the medically ideal weight for me (to be considered normal) i'd have to weigh around 145ish. That just doesnt feel right to me, i enjoy being a thick woman too much but whenever I loose weight, I feel like it'll never be enough so having a set number is a good way to control the urge to overdo it :laugh:0

When I got home from the hospital after having my second child (got home the first c ouple days of july) I was 230, I am currently 191. My goal weight is firstly back to what I was before getting pregnant which was 145 and after I reach that I'll be happy but my ultimate goal i s between 125 and 130 like I was before I every got pregnant with my first child.0

I'm 5' 3". I started at 161, now I'm 139. My original goal was 140, but now it's 125.0

5'5 (and a half XD) Highest weight 183lbs, current weight 138.4lbs and my goal weight is somewhere around 125 but depends on how I feel along the way, if I'm toning up then I could stop earlier.0

Hey! I think it really depends on the body type. I'm 5" 2' fairly small boned but I'm pretty curvy weighing 136 right now. My doctor does want me to slim down about 6 lbs for put off certain issues. I could work out and "lifestyle change" like crazy but I'm still always going to be curvy. i won't ever be the kind of small my mom is. At 130 lbs I'm a solid size 6 and I feel good about myself and confident in my appearance as well as my overall health.0
