    2 cups skim milk
    2 scoops whey isolate
    1 blueberry Greek yogurt
    1 banana
    Fill the rest of the blender with ice
    If I just worked out I'll also eat 3 soft pretzels with it

    This is currently my favorite. I put all the ingredients in a container in the refrigerator before bed & I wake up to my breakfast!

    Bob's Red Mill - 5 Grain Plus Flaxseed Rolled Whole Grain Hot Cereal 1/3 cup dry
    Almond Breeze Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/4 c
    Body Fortress - Strawberry Super Advanced Whey Protein Powder 1/2 scoop (adjust to your liking)
    All natural applesauce 1/4 c

    Peanut butter, unsweetened coca powder, bananas...(just be careful with all that fruit - it has a ton of sugar!)

    I mix it in oatmeal or cottage cheese. DELICIOUS!

    Almond milk...

    the possibilities are endless. Also, do a google search about cooking and baking with protiwen powder....some things are great!
