    Skip it. I only eat breakfast because I get a little shaky if I wait for lunch. So I eat greek yogurt every morning to fend that off. If you don't do dairy, and you are having the same problem, have some steak or chicken breast like others suggested.

    Fruit I heard from a boxer(that is not the dog type, it is the in the ring fighting type) that you should not eat breakfast. The body is still digesting last nights meal. Boxers can be about loosing weight to get into their weight classes. He said if you have to eat fruit. Now, my dietician says that you should eat 3x day, preferring to eat starch serving each time.

    using all egg whites reduces the calories alot!!!
    just omit the parmesan cheese. I make this and have four breakfasts, you can of course eat half and still be under your 200 calories. Enjoy!
