    Tues: Nothing logged, but cooked Xmas dinner chased round after the kids played on the wii with them- no idea how much burned!!!

    Thur: 127 calories burned - walking 3mph
    Fri: 486 calories burned - 30mins elliptical and 25 mins walking

    Week 4 Goal : 6000- This week is going to be a real challenged- I was scheduled to sub 2 classes on Friday that both got cancelled. But I am going to do all I can anyway (teaching classes forces me in the gym) wink My gym is closed today but I found another one open - 1 day drop in fee-thats fine, I am determined to hit this!!!

    Mon:1017- walk/run intervals 45 min/ Precor AMT- 15 min/ Strength training- legs 45 min
    Tues: 1415- walk/run intervals 35 min/ Precor AMT- 60 minutes
    Wed:698 Aqua Zumba (teaching) 50 minutes
    Thur: 698 Aqua Zumba (teaching) 50 minutes
    Fri: 700 Body Pump- 60 min
    Sat: 690 Zumba- teaching
    Sun: off- recovery day

    Total:5218
    Left to go: 782- goal was too high based on presumed teaching schedule- I'll probably take it down to 5200 this next week - but thats why we are here
