    Not sure if anyone has posted this already but I love this one and it's just under 300 calories per serving ....

    Ground turkey
    add garlic and half an onion while it is getting brown
    season with pepper and a little bit of salt (or whatever seasoning you like)
    a bag of broccoli (the 4 servings size)
    one large tomato diced
    one container of sliced mushrooms
    I like my food spicy so I add a green jalapeno pepper diced

    this is really easy to make and it's tasty =)

    - 0.8 oz Cabot 50% Reduced Fat Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese (56 Calories)
    - 1 Organic Grade A Large Egg (70 Calories)
    - 1 tsp Sriacha Hot Chili Sauce (5 Calories)

    Calories: 291
    Fat: 12 g
    Carbs: 26 g
    Protein: 20 g
    Sodium: 556 mg

    I LOVE SIRACHA ON ALMOST EVERYTHING!!! LOL YUM!!!!! :bigsmile:
