I had eggs scrambled with leftover pork for breakfast, and we're having deli cold cuts and Southern Pecan Praline Cake for lunch. I'll have a couple of pounds to lose after the holidays. :drinker:0

Breakfast was a fry - 2 beef sausages, potato bread, one slice of white pudding, a fired egg, saute mushrooms and a tomato.
Ran 5k.
Lunch - some smoked mackerel pate I made a few days ago, on a couple of crackers.
Walked the dogs.
Dinner this evening will be a leg of lamb, roasted with garlic thyme and rosemary. Served with parmesan mash (small portion) and some steamed cabbage. And my home made cranberry sauce done with rose wine, Clementine zest and star anise.
And a few home made choc truffles.0 -
I've had 2 cups of coffee. I was going to make a nice breakfast, but it probably won't happen now. My 4 year old ended up sick this morning. I'm making turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, greenbean casserole, corn, rolls, and turtle cheesecake for dinner. I won't eat all of that. Not sure what we'll be doing for lunch. I have to run into town since I forgot to buy some damn batteries.0

Because mine's ridiculously weird & boring due to my diet and limited resources:
Breakfast - oatmeal, banana, mixed fruit, coffee.
Lunch - tofu veggie scramble, hummus on rice bread.
Dinner - tofu & broccoli stir fry.
& some wine.0 -
All traditionals today. Ham, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, dressing, devil eggs, baked beans, scalloped corn, and peas. Going to taste the all but only a little of each. Not sure how to log today as will taste of a lot of different things. So just doing a generic entry. It is cooking now and smells delicious.0

I made eggnog French toast for breakfast, using a half eggnog/half skim milk and Sara Lee 45-calorie bread. Came to 76 calories a slice, and we had some turkey sausage on the side. And we just had a lovely piece of 122-calorie chocolate cheesecake made with fat-free cream cheese, cottage cheese, and yogurt! Vegetarian chili for supper. Lots of sugar-free candy floating around too! Merry Christmas!0
